1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing https://qyro.in or initiating an order via WhatsApp or email with QYRO, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. 3D Printing & Physical Characteristics
All objects sold by QYRO are manufactured using fused deposition additive manufacturing (3D printing). By ordering, customers acknowledge:
- Subtle horizontal layer lines and microscopic surface variations are inherent to additive technology and are not considered manufacturing defects.
- Thermoplastic filaments (PLA+, PETG) must not be subjected to extreme automotive heat or dishwashers unless explicitly certified for high-temperature use.
- Dimensional tolerances are typically ±0.2mm to ±0.4mm depending on geometry and shrinkage factors.
3. Pricing & Order Confirmation
Catalog prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and represent displayed base prices. Final order totals, including customized geometry modifiers and applicable courier shipping charges, are confirmed directly with you on WhatsApp prior to production.
4. Custom Models & Intellectual Property
When submitting files for custom fabrication, you confirm you own or possess adequate commercial/personal printing rights for the model. QYRO reserves the right to decline fabrication of objects that infringe on third-party trademarks or violate local safety laws.
